What is a Godly Girl?
I think it’s important that we are all on the same page about what it means to be a Godly Girl. So lets first define what a Godly Girl is! According to Oxford languages, the word “godly” means religious, devout, faithful, committed, believing, God-fearing, prayerful, holy, saintly, reverent. Now, what is a girl? A girl is a female child or young woman. I know you may be saying V, I am a grown woman! Haha, I know sis but hear me out. You will always be a female and we use the term girl in our conversations all the time. Girl is relatable like the term “sis”. When someone refers to me as “girl” it makes me feel young and girlish! & lets be honest the goal is to be as youthful looking as possible!!! Yess Girl!!! See how I slid that in there?! Haha just call me slick V! Okay back to the point!!
A “Godly Girl” is a youthful female that is committed to God in all of her ways. She is God fearing not meaning that she is afraid of God but she is reverent of him. She is prayerful- always praying for others! She is saintly-that girl is virtuous! She is devout- she is faithful to the Lord her God and aint budging! She believes that God is real and that He is who called out of her sinful life and ways into His righteousness! She knows that without God, she is merely nothing! She gets her strength from God! She gets her wisdom from God! She gets her joy from God! She gets her peace from God! A Godly Girl possesses a steadfast relationship with God. This relationship is the most important thing to her and she values it greatly!

“ I am a Godly Girl, I love God with all of me, I reverence God in all of my ways, I am always prayer, I got the Holy Spirit in me enabling me to live a pure and blameless life, I am faithful to God, I know that God is the reason for my being and the breath in my lungs, I am headed out to be his light today!! Lets goooo!!”
I want you to post this in your bathroom mirror and as you get ready in the morning, I want you to say this out loud every single morning you wake up!!
